Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được sử dụng nhằm mục tiêu ước lượng tỉ lệ tuân thủ vệ sinh tay ngoại khoa của nhân viên y tế và các yếu tố liên quan tại phòng mổ, với sự tham gia của 75 nhân viên y tế tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Huyện Bình Chánh Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2023. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, tỉ lệ tuân thủ VST ngoại khoa qua quan sát bằng camera chiếm 60%; trong đó, tỉ lệ tuân thủ bước 1 “đánh kẽ móng tay” là 92%, tỉ lệ tuân thủ bước 2 “rửa tay lần I” là 73,3% và tỉ lệ tuân thủ bước 3 “rửa tay lần II” là 65,3%. Nghiên cứu chưa tìm thấy các mối liên quan đến tỉ lệ vệ sinh tay ngoại khoa của nhân viên y tế.Abstract Surgical hand hygiene is one of the effective measures to reduce surgical wound infections. A cross-sectional study was conducted to estimate the prevalence of compliance with surgical hand hygiene among healthcare staff and related factors in the operating room, with the participation of 75 healthcare staff at Binh Chanh District General Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City in 2023. The results showed that the prevalence of compliance with surgical hygiene through camera observation accounts for 60%. The prevalence of compliance for step 1: Interspersing fingers was 92%, the prevalence of compliance for step 2: Washing hands for the first time was 73.3%, and the prevalence of compliance for step 3: Washing hands for the second time was 65.3%. The study found no association with the compliance prevalence of surgical hand hygiene among healthcare staffs. DOI: 10.59715/pntjmp.3.3.17
